As a Journey Junior Producer, you will be an integral member of the Producer team, helping to deliver an exceptional client experience. You will be a champion of the delivery process and a daily support to internal executives.

•   It is vital that your Production/Project Management experience has been on digital development projects (websites, apps, software; in-house or agency) or you have worked in production or client service in a design or advertising agency. We will be unable to consider your application if you have not accumulated project management experience in this specific area.
•   Due to current COVID border and visa restrictions, we can only review candidates who have a valid work visa/working rights for New Zealand, and are currently located in NZ.
•   We will not be engaging an external recruitment company for this role.

You will:
•   Assist the senior Producer team on day-to-day support and maintenance tasks.  
•   Work with the wider Journey team to design, develop and deliver solutions for a variety of digital projects.
•   Manage the agency resourcing process and requests.
•   Ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.
•   Write user stories and acceptance criteria so all requirements are clear and easy to understand.
•   Schedule and facilitate meetings.
•   Manage resourcing requests.  
•   Present solutions to clients.  
•   Manage client SLA tasks.  
•   Manage and maintain client SSL renewals.   
•   Manage and maintain client support packages.
•   Provide excellent client experience by ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of work to clients.

Essential technical knowledge:
•   Technically savvy, with familiarity in digital development technologies, including content management systems and development languages.
•   Ability to lead cross functional teams (including creative and technology), by setting project objectives and managing the them.
•   A minimum of 1 year of previous experience managing digital projects.
